A Saturday morning wakeup call:

In late 2025, I was running an indie SaaS with around $9,000 MRR. One Saturday morning, I woke up to an alert: two annual customers (each paying $399/year) had their subscriptions silently canceled by Stripe after 4 failed automatic retry attempts.

When I contacted them personally, both users were surprised: "Hey, I had no idea! My credit card was re-issued last month after a routine bank fraud alert. I definitely want to keep using your tool!"

That was $800 of annual revenue vanishing into thin air, not because my product was bad, but because Stripe’s default dunning emails had landed in their Spam folder, and their automated retries fired at 3:00 AM when the bank was in maintenance.

I looked into commercial solutions. The dedicated dunning tools on the market demanded $250+ per month or required invasive code changes and sales calls. As an indie hacker, that made zero sense.

So we built Reviaid: A tool where you paste a Webhook, pay only a tiny commission on money we actually save, and stop bleeding revenue forever.
